Sherice brings 30 plus years of experience in dental practice management to Dr. Martin’s practice. She started her dental career at 15, behind the front desk in the practice where her mother worked as a dental assistant. In addition to her extensive practice experience, Sherice has worked for insurance brokers, and has become an expert in understanding how to maximize insurance benefits for patients. She also spent a year working in a high volume, hospital based setting, which required a deep understanding of dental claims and insurance reimbursement. She continues to attend training seminars and working with renowned dental consultants to ensure she is current on the latest management and clinical advancements in dentistry. She is excited to work closely with Dr. Martin to implement new practice management and clinical technologies in his new practice.
Sherice is happy to help any patient contacting the practice – by phone, email or in person. Her knowledge of both the clinical and administrative aspects of dentistry make her an ideal team member to assist patients with questions ranging about both financial or clinical aspects of treatment. She strives to help patients feel comfortable and relaxed in Dr. Martin’s office.
Kristen received her hygiene degree from Luzerne Community College. She believes in helping patients achieve great oral hygiene and overall systemic health. By performing oral hygiene procedures and through patient education Kristen seeks to enable patients to look, feel and perform their best. Kristen is excited to be a part of a team where patient care and trust is the priority. She strives to treat patients with gentleness, care and professionalism. Kristen is also excited to be in a practice that supports continuing education and learning how to leverage advanced technologies to enhance patient care and comfort.
